A195 buffer consisting of 10 mM Tris, 75 mM NaCl, 5% Sucrose (w/v), 0.020% PS-80 (w/v), 1 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.5% EtOH (v/v), 10 mM Histidine, pH at 25°C = 7.4

Store virus at -80 °C and avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Only make aliquots in the original buffer at the original concentration. Aliquots should be no less than 50 μL and stored in a screw cap tube.

Viruses are purified over 2 rounds of CsCl gradients and then dialyzed and formulated in A195 buffer.

All adenovirus preps are titered for PFU and checked for RCA by PCR and cell-based assays.
